A very helpful book. I found this book to be very informative. The author analyzes the up to date anti cancer studies and clearly explains the research in terms a layman can understand.His writing is well documented with footnotes.I highly recommend this book even if you think you are up on all of the new research. He gives a realistic assessment that of what the studies actually show. He lays out some very positive info. Some of it is very exciting. A lot of good stuff..
