These anthologies are breathtakingly expensive, but they are important to any music education because they are thoroughly comprehensive. Rather than provide a history of music, these recordings explain principles and ideas in a concrete way and present examples.. Complete Miss Penny Snatcher I did not always adore the layout of the chapters, but this book is absolutely a great buy for History of Western Art Music courses or just for a resource. Having the matching textbook works great for the examples listed throughout that text. I was able to sell my bookstore copy of both materials to Amazon. I do wish the offered price for
