This one came highly recommended by a colleague in a nearby school district. However, I have to say she was wrong. This goes well beyond a difference of opinion.This book is very confusing. The explanations are very hard to understand (even to me -- I have a degree in Physics). The paragraphs lack cla. "Not worth it" according to Karl Carter. I'm currently a student enrolled in a class that is using this book. I bought it over the summer to prepare for the course and found it very confusing. The book is very illogical and not well written at all. The writers seem to try to find the most complicated way to express even the simplest idea.
