Very Difficult to Read and Understand A Customer I purchased this book to prepare for a course on manufacturing strategy. Am very disappointed now how little I gained from this book. My expectation was that it would help me get some better conceptual and practical understanding about operations strategy. While the book seems to cover all pertinent topics on operations strategy, it lacks clarity in its definitions and it has no flow, which makes it extremely difficult to read.
