As a varsity member of my high school's speech and debate team, I found this book to be extreamly helpful in my "Great for Speech and Debate" according to LTeal. Originaly my mom (a big Regan Fan) had brought it home but never found the time to read it. I happened to pick it up about two weeks before one of the largest meets of the season.
