This is the worst book I ever read at the undergraduate level because the author made every easy concepts so hard to understand. If this book is required at your school, look at the topic and learn it at youtube would be 1000x more efficient. This book cost $170 when I first bought it. Amazing.. Michael Morelli said An interesting book to read.. This book is interesting to read. It has many general examples that you can talk about at parties and with friends.

Organized around the idea that transactions are the fundamental unit of economics, and that their governance by markets, contracts, or organizations is the most important economic question for businesses to cope with, this revolutionary text uses vivid examples from around the world to illustrate relevant theory.
