Nothing new here. Entertaining mustache stories & jokes. Dunte H. Not at all a bad guide to training & nutrition, but also not special in any way. Some entertaining photos of strong men with mustaches and a few good jokes here and there. Otherwise, just another basic training manual - lift heavy, put weight on the bar whenever you can, eat a wide variety of meat & veggies, and grow a sweet 'stache.. "Full Side Plank is awesome" according to ChrisMerritt. The whole book is great, but I had never seen the full side plank prior to reading good read, highly recommend.
