Very good up-to-date summary of the field, but It is a pretty good up-to-date summary of financial economics, with a focus on corporate finance.But, , a big BUT, it is an overpriced book. Why? only 500 some pages. You may argue the intelectual content is worth a lot. My answer: Yes.You then ask: then why shouldn't we compensate the authors?My answer: hehehe, they are not the original authors. They are EDITORS, who collect the excerpts from other papers. They did us a favor by systematically (and perhaps subjectively) collating a vol
